MU336 facilitates the acquisition of the Musical Skills sequence-level objectives in complex chromatic music, and establishes the foundation to acquire the sequence-level objectives in simple atonal contexts. Melodies will include uncommon and challenging skips in all diatonic and chromatic contexts, in the major and minor modes, irregular and changing meters, including note values as short as the divided subdivision of the beat.
